Saving Emails Using the Outlook view

In Amicus 7 you can go to the outlook view and see your outlook inbox.  This is a very powerful feature but for it to work properly you need to actually open up your mailbox and click on the inbox.  If you try to associate an email with a contact or file with out opening up the Mailbox and clicking on the Inbox, it will not work.
