Subscription Sales for Time Matters and Billing Matters

For customers purchasing Time Matters and/or Billing Matters, a subscription service is now available.  Instead of paying a lump sum, you will pay a monthly cost, depending on your version and edition.  With this you get monthly billing for a three year contract period, the current version and any subsequent versions free during the contract period, and live technical support.
